At Chase and Wonder, we want you to be delighted with your luxury home goods, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure your items are securely packed to prevent damage during their journey back to our studio.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack With Care

  Place the items in their original decorative boxes and use appropriate protective cushioning to ensure fragile ceramics and candles remain intact.

  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location, ensuring you keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
